Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons is seeking a Laborer for the Pioneer Crossing Landfill in Birdsboro, PA. This role involves outdoor site work, helping with on-site operations, and operating equipment under supervision.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable outdoors in all weather, willing to work every other Saturday and overtime, and possess a valid driver’s license. Strong work ethic and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work every other Saturday and overtime when required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving heavy equipment on rough roads/landfill sites.
• Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site operations at Pioneer Crossing Landfill.
• Operate the articulating rock truck on-site.
• Run on-site equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Support other on-site operations as needed.
