Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months in grounds keeping experience in the apartment or manufactured housing industry is preferred.
• 6 months in general grounds maintenance techniques is required.
• Ability to endure outdoor work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work an on-call schedule after business hours.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet use.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains community curb appeal and adheres to standards.
• Maintains community vehicle and equipment.
• Picks up trash and debris from common areas daily.
• Inspects irrigation system and repairs as needed.
• Performs weed control, planting, mulching, trimming, and general lawn care.
• Operates vehicles safely to perform duties.
• Follows safety procedures and reports maintenance issues.
