You will participate in basic landscaping, maintain common areas, and support the maintenance team with turns and safety reporting. The position offers daily outdoor work in various weather conditions and growth within a long‑term property management career.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areas.
• Picking up litter and debris throughout the property.
• Keeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas clean.
• Assisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Maintaining pool and recreational areas.
• Cleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residents.
• Assisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
• Helping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained.
• Performing physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
