Job summary

SYNC Residential at Kingsland Ranch is seeking a Porter to join the Service Team. The role involves outdoor groundskeeping, waste removal, and basic maintenance across common areas, with a schedule from 8am to 5pm and rotating weekend hours.

Candidates should be reliable, able to work in all weather, and have a valid driver’s license. The position includes benefits and opportunities to support make-ready projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from community locations
• Pool operator’s certificate referenced in duties and may be required
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Walk grounds, parking lots, pools, and common areas to remove waste and maintain peak presentation
• Move trash compactors and dumpsters based on community collection schedule
• Perform power washing and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
• Empty garbage receptacles and pet waste stations throughout the community
• Clean pet park and manage pet waste; report landscape or irrigation concerns
• Enter work orders for areas needing attention; assist in make-ready process as needed
