Job summary

BrightView Landscaping, LLC is seeking a Porter to execute site-level tasks at client sites. You will keep the premises clean, perform light landscaping, transport trash, and support maintenance including snow removal when needed.

This full-time role requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 40 lbs while working outdoors in various weather conditions. BrightView offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k with employer contributions, 6–9 company-paid

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old (21 if operating company provided vehicles).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Able to operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep BrightView client premises clean and orderly.
• Perform light landscaping tasks and shrub maintenance.
• Transport trash to disposal area and maintain sidewalks clear.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal when applicable.
• Walk the site frequently and address litter and safety concerns.
• Repair/replace windows or doors as needed.
• Drive to designated areas using a BrightView fleet vehicle and collect trash.
• Provide janitorial services at branch location when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
