Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas.
• Pick up litter and debris throughout the property.
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and exterior areas clean.
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain pool and recreational areas.
• Prepare common areas for residents and prospective residents.
• Assist maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained.
• Perform physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
