Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a hands-on Groundskeeper for La Hacienda Apartments in Tucson, AZ. This entry-level role focuses on keeping grounds clean, attractive, and safe while supporting the maintenance team on apartment turns and common areas.

You'll work outdoors, perform physically active tasks, and contribute to a welcoming community for residents and visitors alike. Prior groundskeeping or related experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and reliability are key.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areas.
• Picking up litter and debris throughout the property.
• Keeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas clean.
• Assisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Maintaining pool and recreational areas.
• Cleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residents.
• Assisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
• Helping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained.
