Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or tree care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tree removal, pruning, and maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced arborists.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment; ensure safety.
• Clear debris and keep the site clean and organized.
• Rigging and lowering branches safely with the team.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Communicate project progress with team and clients.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
