Job summary

Grow Landscaping is seeking a Grounds Crew Member to maintain the grounds of our properties. The role reports to the Grounds Crew Leader and focuses on keeping surroundings clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Key duties include equipment prep, mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal, with lifting requirements and endurance for long shifts. Growth opportunities exist within a team-focused, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift over 60 lbs and operate hand tools/equipment.
• Stand, stoop and bend for extended periods (10+ hours).
• Walk 2–6 miles per day and carry packs over 20 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily truck and equipment preparation.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Operate edgers, trimmers, weed eaters, and backpack blowers safely.
• Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property.
• Support Grounds Crew Leader with all grounds maintenance tasks.
• Wash and maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment.
