S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper for the Westerly at Benn's Grant community in Smithfield, VA.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires reliable attendance and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property. You will greet residents and visitors, remove trash, and enhance common areas including pools, playgrounds, lawns, and landscaping.

Competenze

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle).

Mansioni

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors to make them feel welcome.
• Remove and dispose of trash from the grounds, parking areas, hallways, laundries, apartments, and rental office.
• Enhance appearance of common areas; clean pool and playgrounds; weed lawns and flower beds; place mulch; prune trees.
• Inspect grounds for hazards such as holes or divots and address as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
