Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects and visitors to create a welcoming environment.
• Remove and dispose of trash from grounds, parking areas, hallways, laundries, apartments, and rental office.
• Maintain common areas by cleaning pools, playgrounds, weed lawns and flower beds, mulch, prune trees, etc.
• Inspect grounds for hazards such as holes or divots and report issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
