Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Valid Driver's License (if operating a vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors to make them feel welcome.
• Remove and dispose of all trash from grounds, parking areas, hallways, and rental office.
• Improve appearance of common areas; clean pool, and playgrounds.
• Inspect ground spaces for hazards such as holes or divots.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Mow and trim the lawn.
• Perform minor repairs using hand tools.
• Clean roofs and gutters.
• Paint signage.
