Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Groundskeeper for Saxony at Chase Oaks Apartments in Plano, TX. This hands‑on role keeps grounds clean, attractive, and safe, supporting the maintenance team and resident services.

You should enjoy outdoor work, have a dependable work ethic, and be comfortable lifting, bending, and performing physical tasks. Prior landscaping or maintenance experience is a plus; training is provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or related outdoor maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow guidelines.
• Pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean and well‑maintained.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community.
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean.
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well‑maintained.
