Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Clean grounds and remove litter.
• Rake and bag or burn leaves.
• Spray lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides.
• Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs.
• Repair fences, gates, walls, and walks.
• Make minor repairs on equipment such as lawn mower, spreader, and snow removal equipment.
• Make minor repairs to and maintain building areas.
• Assist office departments with moving and storage of documents and equipment.
• Sharpen tools such as weed cutters, edging tools, and shears.
• Other duties as assigned
