Job summary

Aramark Facilities Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our facility grounds in Burlington Township, NJ. The role is outdoors, involving mowing, trimming, snow removal, and event setup, with hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and pay at $19.75–$20.75 per hour.

The position requires operating commercial landscaping equipment, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Ability to safely operate mowers, trimmers, and other grounds tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality work.
• Ability to work independently on daily assignments.
• Ability to lift and move materials during shifts.
• Outdoor work in heat, cold, rain and seasonal conditions.
• Availability for a 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, planting, general landscape upkeep.
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment (mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers).
• Perform seasonal duties: snow removal, ice control, salting and shoveling."
• Complete assigned work orders for grounds/exterior upkeep.
• Assist with event setups, moving equipment, furniture, supplies and materials.
• Clean and maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and outdoor areas.
• Operate trucks, tractors, or other equipment as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance/repairs on landscaping tools.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues promptly.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining a professional appearance.
