Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Assist with landscape installation, mulching, and planting.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies from company vehicles.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and presentable throughout the workday.
• Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist with seasonal cleanup, leaf removal, and other grounds care services.
