Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in grounds, landscaping, roadway, or facilities maintenance required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the working lead for daily grounds maintenance activities.
• Assist with coordinating and assigning daily work tasks.
• Operate snow removal equipment including plows and salt spreaders.
• Monitor and support irrigation systems.
