Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and team members on the California property.

You will mow grass, water lawns, trim shrubs, plant beds, remove refuse, clean glass and lobbies, and operate lawn equipment while following safety procedures and daily checklists.

Regular attendance and a neat, professional appearance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to be physically mobile for 8 to 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must work in extreme temperatures.
• Must present a clean professional appearance.
• Regular and punctual attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall appearance, cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas.
• Mow grass, water lawns, trim shrubs, tend flower beds.
• Operate lawn and ground equipment including mowers and loaders.
• Assist with planning and maintaining exterior landscaping.
• Remove refuse and clean glass and lobbies.
• Follow safety procedures and perform daily equipment checks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
