Job summary

Taney County Partnership is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain landscaping and outdoor areas across multiple properties in Branson, MO. You will mow, trim, plant, and manage irrigation to keep grounds attractive and safe for visitors and staff.

The role includes preventative maintenance on pools and water features, operating power tools, and reporting issues promptly. A HS diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience with landscaping, irrigation or pool maintenance desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas of multiple company properties.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repairs to pools, hot tubs, fountains and water features.
• Keep flower beds well-maintained, including planting and weed removal.
• Ensure outdoor areas are clean and safe for walkers and vehicles.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers and trimmers.
• Identify and report landscaping and grounds maintenance issues.
• Remove loose trash and debris from the grounds.
• Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months.
• Assist with moving furniture or items between properties.
• Trim trees as needed.
