Job summary

The Shepherd of the Hills in Branson, MO is looking for a Grounds & Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and beautification of all outdoor spaces. This role will lead and supervise groundskeeping crews, ensuring that the property is safe, beautiful, and welcoming year-round.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, and strong communication skills. Experience with water feature maintenance and pest management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in grounds maintenance, landscaping or related field, with 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid Missouri driver's license and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mowing, trimming, edging, and lawn care operations.
• Manage seasonal landscaping projects and coordinate with management.
• Supervise groundskeeping staff and ensure guest-facing areas are maintained.
