Job summary

DRTC is seeking a dependable Grounds & Building Attendant to support the maintenance of campus grounds, building exteriors, and facilities in Oklahoma City. This part-time, on-site role runs 8 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, weather and needs permitting, with an hourly wage of $15.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
• Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and visually appealing grounds and building exteriors.
• Plant, transplant, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and landscape features.
• Mow, edge, trim, fertilize, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Apply mulch for weed control and moisture retention.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to promote healthy growth and appearance.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown activities.
