Qualifications

• Previous sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong selling and customer service skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Learn in-store merchandise and its key features and uses.
• Attend product knowledge clinics and training camps.
• Assist with visual merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Stay current on advertised items and in-store specials.
• Alert management to suspicious behaviors and situations.
• Uphold loss prevention standards including cash handling.
