Qualifications

• Passion for outdoors (skiing, cycling, watersports, hiking) is preferred.
• Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong selling and customer service skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm to create a welcoming experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
• Proactively learn and stay familiar with all in-store merchandise and features.
• Attend product knowledge clinics to enhance selling ability and engagement.
• Assist with visual merchandising to meet brand standards and inspire shopping.
• Stay current on all advertised items and in-store specials to promote offers.
• Alert management to any suspicious behaviors or situations.
• Uphold loss prevention standards including accurate cash handling.
