Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions in a fast-paced store environment. You will stay current on product knowledge and promotions while maintaining clean, well-stocked fixtures and accurate signage.

Responsibilities include assisting with seasonal merchandise moves, restocking, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pickup to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to use POS and handle transactions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and friendly.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage for advertised sales.
