Job summary

Yardsale is seeking a Retail Associate to support the daily operations of our new flagship store and coffee shop (Double Black) in San Francisco, CA. As a retail associate you will help customers find the right gear, process sales and returns, restock and merchandise, and keeping the shop floor sharp while upholding our hospitality standards.

You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and community focus.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and lean in to company needs.
• Live in San Francisco and be able to work onsite.
• Love for outdoors, adventure and travel.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to ensure daily operations success.
• Help customers find gear and share knowledge about our products.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and well-merchandised.
• Handle sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
