The role emphasizes delivering 100% customer satisfaction, connecting with shoppers, and supporting store operations with a flexible schedule. You will participate in training and apply REI standards daily.

• Support store pick-up, including receiving and processing products.
• Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
