Job summary

YETI is seeking a full-time Team Keyholder for our Galleria Edina store in Edina, MN. You will lead a team of passionate brand enthusiasts, driving exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include boosting sales and store profitability, overseeing inventory and floor sets, and supporting the Store Manager. Qualifications require a high school diploma, 2+ years of leadership, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and weekend/evening/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and profitability by executing operations and prioritizing the customer experience.
• Supports Store Manager with sales goals, daily operations and team communication.
• Manages inventory receiving, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Executes product launches and merchandising aligned with brand strategy.
• Provides exceptional customer service and promotes the YETI brand.
