Bass Pro Shops in Fort Myers is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate merchandise, answer questions, and guide buying decisions to create a legendary, every-time experience.

You will replenish and restock shelves, maintain clean work areas, stay current with product knowledge and advertised sales, operate the POS system, and collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to assist buying decisions.
• Replenish and stock shelves according to Merchandising guidelines and signings.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and stay informed on advertised sales.
