Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter to engage customers, demonstrate products, and assist with purchases in a busy retail setting. You will help customers make informed buying decisions, promote membership programs, and ensure shelves are well stocked and correctly priced.

You’ll maintain high standards of friendliness, product knowledge, and teamwork while supporting seasonal floor moves and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent experience.
• Able to calculate discounts and make change accurately.
• Able to communicate in a friendly, professional manner.
• Able to build rapport with management, coworkers and customers.
• Proficient with operating a computerized POS register system.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, prompt approach.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish and straighten merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain pricing, signage and promotions for advertised sales.
• Promote programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.
