REI is seeking a Store Sales Specialist to help create better outdoor experiences by sharing knowledge and engaging with customers daily. You will assist with product questions, memberships, and special tickets sales, while keeping the floor organized and visually appealing.

You will participate in training, promote REI goods and services, and support store pick-up procedures. A flexible schedule and a team-focused mindset are valued as we deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Store retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and recommendations.
• Willingness to follow store policies and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and including special tickets sales.
• Maintain visual standards with store management, merchandising, and sales leads.
• Promote REI goods and services through training and engagement.
• Support store pick-up and processing of products.
• Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
