Job summary

Bass Pro Shops East Peoria is seeking a Camping Team Lead to direct daily activities, manage merchandising, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves staff coordination, training, and ensuring inventory and pricing accuracy across the department.

You will support the GSM/DM and HR in staffing, performance, and event coordination, while maintaining high service standards and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily and supports sales goals.
• Maintains merchandising directives and plan-o-grams.
• Staffing, training, and scheduling in cooperation with GSM/DM/HR.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues with customers and staff.
• Coordinate events, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
