Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ experience in ecommerce or customer service.
• Customer-focused, reliable, and flexible with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
• Organised with ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and customer emails to address concerns professionally.
• Process warranty claims with accuracy and courtesy.
• Handle invoicing and order processing.
• Maintain inventory data and customer files across systems.
• Prepare sales statistics and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support events and promotional activities with Sales/Marketing.
