Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and assist with purchases in-store. You will work across departments and respond to customer needs with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic performed in a work context.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by identifying empty shelves and restocking supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver the best service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
