Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking a field Locator to locate underground utilities and accurately mark locations on sites across our nationwide service area. You will work outdoors with a company vehicle, training starts on day one, and prior locating experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive position).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities and mark locations accurately.
• Search designated areas, document findings, and photograph each locate.
• Work daytime, full-time shifts with potential overtime and on-call duties.
