Job summary

Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. in Burley, Idaho is seeking a dependable team member to perform exterior delivery and graveside support duties. No experience required—training provided—and a respectful, professional presence is essential for families during a difficult time.

You will close and lower vaults, prep burial vaults, load and deliver, assemble graveside tents, maintain logs, and keep the vehicle and workspace organized. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.
• Professional conduct and appearance around families.

Responsibilities

• Closing and lowering vault after service.
• Prep concrete burial vaults as ordered.
• Load, transport and unload burial vaults in the company vehicle.
• Installing vault into the grave.
• Assemble and disassemble graveside tents.
• Preparation for graveside service (placing folding chairs/chair covers / artificial grass).
• Keep daily reports including pre-trip and post-trip logs.
• Maintain a maintenance schedule on the vehicle and all equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck, warehouse and shop.
• Provide a safe, respectful burial presentation for family and guests.
• Communicate service-related exceptions to the plant manager.
