Job summary

Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is hiring General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands-on outdoor work. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and the ability to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.

You will assist with debris cleanup, pothole filling, vegetation removal, and drainage area maintenance while following safety procedures and working as part of a crew under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a crew

Responsibilities

• Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas
• Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs
• Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth)
• Clean and clear ditches, culverts, and drainage areas
• Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks
• Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures
