You will perform debris removal, basic road repairs, vegetation clearance, and drainage tasks while following safety procedures. The team values reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required).
• Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas.
• Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs.
• Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth).
• Clean and clear ditches, culverts, and drainage areas.
• Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks.
• Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures.
