Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is hiring General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands-on outdoor work. You will help clear debris, perform basic road/ground repairs, and assist with site tasks while staying safe and working as part of a crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lifts 50+ lbs and performs physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Experience in outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus.
• Must follow directions and work well in a crew.

Responsibilities

• Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas.
• Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs.
• Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth).
• Clean and clear ditches, culverts, and drainage areas.
• Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks.
• Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures.
