Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector / Appointment Setter to work on-site in residential neighborhoods. You will identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and schedule appointments for the in-home inspection team.

This role does not involve roof climbing or direct selling. Training is provided, with a clear path to advancement based on performance and activities in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in residential neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections.
• Explain our free roof inspection service.
• Schedule inspection appointments.
• Work outdoors and stay active.
