Job summary

CMC is seeking an on-site manufacturing team member to operate fabrication equipment, assist with loading/unloading Stock, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Training on applicable equipment will be provided, and you will be part of a team that supports growth and hands-on problem solving.

Ideal candidates will be able to work outdoors in all weather, cross-train across machines, and demonstrate strong communication, safety practices, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions.
• Able and willing to cross train as required.
• Follow OSHA/EPA and company safety policies and regulations.
• Possess strong work ethic and safe working habits.
• Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment and identify root causes.
• Must read technical documents and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Operate production machines per procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold Safety Culture.
• Crosstrain on multiple machines.
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders, forging, welders, etc.).
