Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking reliable Exterior Cleaners to join our team at a busy outdoor shopping mall in San Diego. This is a Part-Time/Full-Time role with a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, paying $17.75 per hour. The position is outdoors and involves working in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include cleaning exterior areas, operating golf carts and outdoor equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness for visitors and tenants. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart, leaf blower and other equipment.
• Flexibility to work varying days, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain exterior parking lot areas.
• Sweep and remove litter and debris.
• Clean exterior stairs, walkways and entrances.
• Clean elevator areas.
• Clean and maintain compactor areas.
• Operate a golf cart as required.
• Operate leaf blowers and other outdoor cleaning equipment.
• Assist with garbage and waste removal.
• Maintain general cleanliness throughout the exterior property.
• Identify and report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for visitors and tenants.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
