Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking an Excavation Laborer to join our Indiana team. This role requires lifting at least 50 lbs, bending, and crawling into confined spaces while working outdoors year‑round.

You will support the excavation crew and provide dependable service. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, and bring labor experience in excavation or landscaping plus superb customer service. We value teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must lift at least 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Labor experience in excavation or landscaping preferred.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Comfortable with working outdoors year-round.
• Team player attitude; work closely with excavation crew(s).
• Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen (provided by us).
