Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented warehouse or general labor worker to clean, prep and de-prepare rental equipment, inspect for damage, and maintain a safe, organized workspace on a full-time, on-site basis.

You must lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, follow PPE rules, and be reliable and punctual. Spanish-English bilinguals preferred; background check and drug screen required; overtime may apply; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Other duties as required
