Job summary

InProduction is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment, inspect for damage and keep work areas tidy.

You will follow safety procedures, operate basic hand tools, and support other yard operations; the role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional overtime.

This full-time position offers overtime pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements.
• Experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Other duties as required.
