Job summary

Fooda in Tulsa is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to support a busy client location outdoors. You will set up, assist restaurant partners, engage customers, and help with breakdown, ensuring a welcoming experience in a construction-site-style environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onsite execution of Fooda events, including setup, restaurant support, customer experience, breakdown, and cleanup
  • Prepare the service area and ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for customers
  • Welcome local restaurant partners onsite and assist with setup and operational needs
  • Interact with customers throughout service and provide friendly, proactive hospitality
  • Keep service areas and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift
  • Monitor restaurant setups to maintain Fooda standards for presentation and experience
  • Problem-solve onsite issues such as late arrivals, missing items, and equipment needs
  • Learn and use Fooda’s technology, systems, and procedures
  • Communicate issues to the Operations Manager and escalate when needed
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving smoothly

Part-time opportunity supporting a busy Fooda client location in the Tulsa area!

We’re looking for someone who is hospitality-minded, hands-on, and ready to work in a high-energy outdoor environment. You’ll be onsite and actively involved in everything from setting up the space and supporting our restaurant partners to engaging with customers and cleaning up at the end of service.

This is a busy, active location in a construction-site-type environment, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable being outdoors, on their feet, and engaged throughout their shift.

The right person notices the details, jumps in without being asked, stays positive when things get busy, and understands how to create a welcoming customer experience in a unique environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the onsite execution of Fooda events, including setup, restaurant support, customer experience, breakdown, and cleanup

  • Prepare the service area and make sure it is clean, organized, professional, and ready for customers

  • Welcome our local restaurant partners onsite and assist them with setup and operational needs

  • Interact with customers throughout service and provide friendly, proactive hospitality

  • Keep service areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces clean and organized throughout the shift

  • Monitor restaurant setups to ensure Fooda standards for presentation, cleanliness, and overall experience are consistently met

  • Problem-solve onsite issues such as late restaurant arrivals, missing or incorrect items, equipment needs, and other service challenges

  • Learn and confidently use Fooda’s technology, systems, and standard operating procedures

  • Communicate issues and updates to the Operations Manager and elevate when additional support is needed

  • Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving smoothly at this busy location

This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable being on your feet for the duration of your shift, setting up and breaking down service areas, moving supplies and equipment, cleaning, and pitching in wherever needed.

Schedule & Availability

This location operates fivedays a week with two primary shift windows:

  • Breakfast Shift: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

  • Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM

Candidates with flexibility to work across multiple days and shift times are strongly preferred.

Work Environment

Candidates must be comfortable:

  • Workingfor up to four hours at a time

  • Being on their feet and active throughout the shift

  • Working around an active construction-site environment

  • Working in a busy, fast-paced setting with significant activity around them

  • Maintaining a professional, welcoming food service experience even when the environment gets hectic

  • Working both daytime and nighttime shifts as scheduled

  • You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new systems and procedures

  • Previous restaurant, catering, serving, banquet, event, food service, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred
