Qualifications

• General Requirements: lifting over 50lbs with proper technique.
• Minimum 6" work boot required (steel & composite toe optional).
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Good organizational skills.
• Prior experience preferred, but not required.
• Good communication skills: read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting, loading, unloading equipment.
• Demonstrate safe operation of equipment to rental customers.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Operate outdoor power and small equipment (mowers, blowers, skid steers).
• Check in/out repaired customer equipment.
• Clean, inspect, maintain rental equipment; pressure wash when needed.
• Clean and organize rental yard and storage areas; sweep and snow removal.
