Job summary

Denali Water Solutions is seeking an Equipment Operator to support daily Salisbury facility operations. You’ll operate tractors, loaders, forklifts, and other equipment; move materials; load and unload trucks; maintain the site; and help keep equipment in working order.

This hands-on role is for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, and be willing to work weekends or overtime as operations require.

Qualifications

• Experience operating tractors, loaders, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractors, loaders, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Move materials and load/unload trucks and vehicles.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance such as checking fluids, greasing components, and replacing filters.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete minor repairs to small engines, tractors, production equipment, and trailers.
• Assist with basic trailer repairs involving lights, tires, and wiring.
• Perform general labor, including lifting, shoveling, raking, sweeping, and site cleanup.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all company safety procedures.
