Job summary

Denali Water Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Laborer – Maintenance to support field operations across Southwest Missouri. This hands-on, outdoor role involves operating a tractor and buggy, assisting with field tasks, flagging fields, and collecting soil samples while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, can handle variable weather, and will work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, typically 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, home daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor and buggy in field operations.
• Assist with field operations and general labor tasks.
• Flag fields and place field markers as directed.
• Collect and document soil samples according to procedures.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as required.
