Job summary

PERI Canada is hiring a Yard Worker in Bedford to service, repair and maintain PERI products. You will refurbish components, inspect materials, and perform maintenance using hand and power tools. The role involves outdoor work, inventory duties, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.

Applicants should be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) occasionally, standing and walking for long periods, and working overtime as required. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors with tools.
• Ability to handle large and small parts for prep and movement.
• Ability to differentiate colours, shapes and sizes.
• Basic addition, subtraction and multiplication; count parts manually.

Responsibilities

• Count and service components to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Use ERP system for daily returns and service processes.
• Manual handling of formwork and scaffolding components.
