Job summary

Alliance Technical Group in Pittsburgh is seeking an Environmental Field-Testing Technician to support field testing at customer sites. You will operate testing equipment outdoors, follow test methods, and travel regionally with travel expenses covered.

No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided. You’ll gain exposure to environmental, engineering, or mechanical processes, and enjoy comprehensive benefits, overtime opportunities, and profit-sharing bonuses, with a starting pay

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Enjoy outdoors and safe weather conditions.
• Able to climb stairs & ladders and work at height.
• Degree in environmental, engineering, or mechanical sciences preferred.
• Experience in environmental, construction, or electrical work is helpful.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe products.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on elevated surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field testing in a professional manner and transport testing equipment to customer sites.
• Follow all test methods, procedures, and processes for quality source testing.
• Apply mechanical and electrical skills while troubleshooting testing systems.
